REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

All sales are final. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer any refunds or exchanges on any of our goods at this time. We apologize for this inconvenience and are grateful for your understanding.

WRONG/DAMAGED OR LOST ITEM(S):

Although we try our best to ensure that your order gets to you safely, we have no control its journey so please email us as soon as possible at info@mon-bazar.com should any problems arise. Make sure to type in capital letters either "WRONG, DAMAGED or LOST" followed with your order number and the date of purchase in the subject line of your email (i.e. DAMAGED #123 - 08/24/2012).

Shipping Policies...

SHIPPING FOR NON-HANDMADE ITEMS:

Many of these pieces I hand select, buying maybe a few at a time, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a large stock on every item, but we hope to be able to change that soon. These items will usually ship within 1-2 days of purchase.

SHIPPING FOR HANDMADE ITEMS:

Because of the nature of the work, there will be slight variations from piece of piece. All of our handmade pieces are made to order; there is a 2-3 week turn around from the day of purchase in addition to shipping times. We HIGHLY recommend that the orders not be made last minute!

HOW WE SHIP:

We ship using USPS. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you purchased a combination of items, everything will be shipped together. We do this because it keeps the process simple and there is less room for error. We want to make sure that you receive every item you order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES:

STANDARD $5 FLAT (3 - 5 Business Days)

PRIORITY $15 FLAT (2 - 3 Business Days)

OVERNIGHT $35 FLAT

* ORDERS OVER $100 WILL RECEIVE FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

NEED A RUSH ORDER?

Yes! We can do a rush order for you for an additional cost of $30. Handmade items will have a 1 week turnaround instead of the normal 2-3 weeks. Non-handmade items will be either shipped the same or the following day, depending on the time of purchase

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

Sadly we currently do not offer shipping outside of the US at this time.
